## About Prem

Prem has 6+ years of native Android engineering experience across Kotlin, Java, BLE/IoT, offline maps, route navigation, autonomous drone ground control, and unified communications. He leads engineering teams and practices at Simform while building open-source tools, self-hosted infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and AI-agnostic local orchestration.

His view of AI is practical: it shortens the path from an idea to a working tool, while problem selection, architecture, constraints, verification, and responsibility remain human work.

- QOTA: Open-source Rust CLI and Ratatui terminal dashboard for live AI quota telemetry across Claude, Codex, and Antigravity. Supports multiple accounts, provider quota windows, reset times, headroom, and independent account errors. Published on crates.io.

- agy-swap: Python CLI and terminal UI for switching between multiple Antigravity accounts without logging out, plus live Gemini quota tracking.

- open-connector: Prem is an active upstream contributor. His dashboard performance work slimmed and cached immutable catalog data, lazy-loaded action schemas, added scoped gzip, and added ETag revalidation. The measured provider-catalog transfer dropped by about 50×.
